Q: Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are accepting new patients. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment. Have your insurance information available to give to our patient coordinator so that we can have it verified prior to your appointment.
Q: Do you see children?
Yes, we are a family dental office. We start seeing patients between 3 & 4 years of age.
Q: As a new patient, when should I arrive for my first appointment?
Our office asks that all new patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to give adequate time to fill out necessary paperwork. OR you can save time by clicking HERE to pre-fill out your forms.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer in-house payment plans, however, we do accept Care Credit. If approved with a Care Credit card, you will make monthly payments to them, as their terms determine. Please visit www.carecredit.com for more information.
Q: Is payment due at the time of service?
Yes, it is the patient's responsibility to pay their portion in full at time of service.
Q: Do you accept insurances?
Our office accepts traditional insurance plans, numerous PPOs, and Indiana Medicaid & HIP. Please call our office so that one of our insurance specialists can verify your benefits. You can view our list of accepted insurance plans HERE.
Q: If I have recently been to another dental office, should I transfer my records?
We ask that you bring any current xrays from your previous dentist with you to your first appointment with our office. Contact your previous dentist, they will provide you with copies of your xrays.
Q: Will I need X-Rays to be taken?
Dental radiographs are an essential diagnostic tool for evaluation of your oral health. Even with a thorough visual clinical examination there may be conditions that can only be detected with radiographs. Radiographs are important for diagnosis of decay, periodontal disease, impacted teeth, missing teeth, endodontic problems, cysts, growths and many other abnormalities.
Q: Will diagnosed treatment be completed on the same day?
We realize the importance of our patients schedules and that their time is valuable. However, we cannot always guarantee that your treatment will be completed the same day. Our patient coordinators will evaluate the schedule & find the next available appointment for you.
Q: Does your office see same day emergencies?
Yes, we will see same day emergencies within our scheduling capabilities. We recommend that if you are experiencing pain, swelling, pus, and/or bleeding, to contact our office first thing in the morning; one of our patient coordinators will assist you. If you are experiencing an after hours emergency, we always have a doctor on call.
